Gimana rasanya jadi juri kompetisi web design? Nah, gue bakal mengalaminya di acara yang diadakan oleh CCI yang pendaftarannya dibuka dari tgl 25 April – 4 Mei 2002 dengan saat penjuriannya 11 Mei 2002 di TP3. Kenapa? Ya, karena gue dipilih jadi salah satu jurinya!

Google Answers? Apaan lagi nih? Jelasnya begini:

Google’s search engine is a great way to find information online. But sometimes even experienced users need help finding exactly the answer they want to a question. Google Answers is a way to get that help from Researchers with expertise in online searching. When you post a question to Google Answers, you specify how much you’re willing to pay for an answer and how quickly you need that information. A Researcher will search for the answer and send you the information you’re seeking, as well as useful links to web pages on the topic. If you’re satisfied with that answer, you pay the amount you specified.

Biaya pasangnya $0.50 pertanyaan (gak bisa balik). Biaya untuk jawaban (bisa refund), terserah kita. Oh, pintarnya Google cari duit!

Kemarin milis baru, diskusidomain, resmi diluncurkan 🙂 Milis ini ngebahas habis soal domain, domain, dan domain… Domain diskusidomain.com juga udah ‘diamankan’ (cuma belum diisi dulu). Sementara, gabung dulu deh dengan mengirim e-mail kosong ke sini

Baru tahu kalau software buat urusan e-mail, Calypso, sekarang jadi freeware. Dulunya shareware. Heran juga kenapa pembuatnya baik banget melepas begitu saja software bagus itu. Ah, yang penting masih bisa didownload di Tucows Kebetulan memang lagi cari software cek e-mail yang bagus dan gratis! 🙂

Wah, Google makin menggila. Apalagi sejak ngeluarin Google Web APIs. Sayang, gak pake AOL IM atau MSN. ;(
